Welcome to The Sticky Crumb!

By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Our Products

The Sticky Crumb is a small-batch cottage-food bakery located in Longwood, Florida.

Our baked goods are handcrafted, and slight variations in size, shape, color, and appearance are normal.

Product descriptions, photographs, pricing, and availability may be updated without prior notice.

Orders & Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to limit order quantities, decline orders for legitimate business reasons, or cancel orders when necessary. If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, we will issue the applicable refund.

Preorders & Fulfillment

Our bakery operates on a weekly preorder schedule.

Order cutoff: Thursdays at 6:00 PM Eastern Time.

Orders received before the cutoff are scheduled for fulfillment the following Monday. Orders placed after the cutoff are scheduled for the next available weekly batch.

Fulfillment dates may change in unusual circumstances. If a change affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

Shipping & Local Pickup

We ship through USPS Priority Mail and offer free local pickup in Longwood, Florida.

Local pickup is available Mondays from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in US dollars.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Orders must be paid for using an accepted payment method before they are processed.

Food Allergies & Ingredients

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.

We prepare our baked goods in a home kitchen where multiple ingredients and allergens may be handled.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient and allergen information before ordering. If you have a severe food allergy, please contact us before purchasing.

Our products are produced in a cottage-food operation that is not subject to Florida’s food safety regulations.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because our baked goods are perishable, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies provided by applicable law.
