Shipping & Local Pickup Policy

Every cookie is handcrafted in small batches, baked fresh, and prepared with care. To ensure quality and freshness, we operate on a weekly preorder and fulfillment schedule.

Weekly Preorder Schedule

Order cutoff: Thursdays at 6:00 PM Eastern Time

  • Orders placed by Thursday at 6:00 PM ET will be prepared for shipment or local pickup the following Monday.
  • Orders placed after the Thursday cutoff will be scheduled for the next available weekly fulfillment batch.
  • Orders placed during a given week are preorders, not orders for immediate shipment.

Our designated shipping and local pickup day is Monday.

For example, orders placed by Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 6:00 PM ET are scheduled for fulfillment on Monday, October 19, 2026.

Shipping Information

We currently ship within the United States using USPS Priority Mail.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package details.
  • Orders are carefully packaged to help protect our oversized cookies during transit.
  • Tracking information will be provided once your shipping label is created.
  • USPS delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Please note: Shipping transit time begins when USPS accepts your package, not when your preorder is placed.

We are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control, including weather disruptions, holidays, or transportation issues. However, if your order encounters a problem, please contact us so we can help.

Local Pickup

We offer FREE local pickup in Longwood, Florida.

Pickup day: Mondays only
Pickup hours: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM Eastern Time
Pickup method: Self-service porch cookie cooler

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a pickup notification with the pickup location and instructions.

Each order will be individually packaged and labeled with the customer’s name.

Please collect only the package labeled for you.

Orders must be collected during the scheduled pickup window. If you’re unable to pick up your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Because our cookies are freshly baked, alternate pickup arrangements are not guaranteed.

Packaging & Freshness

Each oversized cookie is individually wrapped and securely packaged to help maintain freshness and minimize movement during shipping.

While we take great care in packaging, minor cosmetic changes or breakage may occasionally occur during transit.

For the best experience, we recommend enjoying your cookies while fresh or storing them appropriately upon arrival.

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to make corrections before your order ships.

Once a package has been accepted by USPS, we cannot guarantee address changes or delivery rerouting.

If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
